Mr. Porter was the consummate professional during my exchange with him this past week. I was scheduled for recall notices on our 2024 CRV and Rodney was extremely helpful in getting me checked in and then on my way way ahead of schedule. And to exemplify his customer service approach he was able to track me down way outside the waiting area to let me know personally, my car was ready. He didn’t take the easy way out and send a text but instead gave it a very personal and “high touch” approach by tracking me down. And that went a long way.
