Everything was good. My only suggestion is to have inventory items on hand when an appointment is made, you should check that items required to complete the job are on hand to prevent extra time for customer wait.

I brought my car in to be checked because I have a letter regarding the extended warranty pertaining to the issue Honda is having with the air conditioner leaks and my AC was not blowing cold . I decided not to have my car inspected at Kenosha because I was told that it may or may not be covered under this warranty and if they perform the test on the vehicle I could be responsible to pay over $400 just for the test. I found that ridiculous because using common sense how could we even find out if it’s the replacement part issue or not if a test isn’t done on it in the first place ? Why should I pay for that??? I called another Honda dealer in the area who told me they have been doing a lot of cars for the AC issue and if for some reason mine was not blowing cold air because of something completely apart from this warranty , they were only going to charge me less than half to run the tests and of course nothing at all if it needed the replacement part . So the fact that Kenosha wanted up charge me the ridiculous cost of over $400 to run a test , I took my car elsewhere . I like my Honda and am now aware I can see it depends on each dealer and how they do business to make money. Thank you for your time.

Rodney is great advisor. He explained me all issues and necessary services for my CRV. He also explained me about beneficial deals. He updated me time to time progress on my vehicle while me sitting there. He is nice and cool.
