I believe the TPMS was a very simple diagnosis. I had already had it replaced by a local tire service after a flat tire broke the original. The only issue is their reset device was not new enough to get the monitors to sync. However, the charge for this service which seemed to take 15 minutes was excessive in my opinion.
If this is a flat rate and has to be charged that seems goofy. Why not charge based on how long it actually takes?
