You should tell whoever is the person in charge of your sales reps that having negative conversations with the team about them not selling enough vehicles in front of every person waiting for their car to be serviced is very unprofessional. He also just now told everyone waiting that you would pay top dollar for their vehicle if they wanted to trade in.
