I appreciate Joe Valente's knowledge and expertise about my cars that I bring to be serviced. I appreciate him as a person even more, I'm very comfortable talking to him about my car, I don't feel antimidated because I'm at the dealership. I enjoy dealing with Joe. He's the best!! I also know with complete confidence that the cars are fixed by an expert Honda technician which also gives me peace of mind. I am completely satisfied at Kenosha Honda!

I’m disappointed with Honda of kenosha as of recently as every time a vehicle is in for service there is an issue upon pickup. This visit I brought our 2019 Accord in for auto butler and an oil change. The car was real clean when brought in however there was some bugs on front bumper. I was assured the car would be super clean when I picked up. This was not the case as bugs are still on front bumper and car does not look much different then when brought in, besides a scratch in paint on front bumper (not there when brought in). Both our cars have had issues being damaged bringing in to HK (3rd time). Now for the oil change, I’ve always brought my Mobil 1 oil in as the $90 oil change is out of hand. When brought in I put my jug of oil on passenger seat floor on my winter floor mat, as I knew if I put in trunk they would use Honda oil and charge me and I would get annoyed. So the car was scheduled for service on Thursday but we dropped off at 4pm Wednesday and I recd a call to pick up car the same night. That’s when me and my wife both looked at each other and said there will be another issue and auto butler would not be done 100%. We couldn’t make it in and that night so we picked up Thursday after I recd a call from Sam saying car was ready. When car was picked up and service paid for I go to my car and noticed the used oil jug **sitting on my front seat on cloth interior passenger seat**. I went inside to complain as this car only has 12k miles and was flawlessly taken car of. This is the service writer and managers fault that they let these things happen. I’m super pissed because this is a constant issue with service and damages from easy maintenance. There should be write-ups and such for employees that do these things. The service writer in my opinion is most responsible as they take your car in and verify the condition of your car prior to service and it should be returned the same way. How come the service writer does not take responsibility in checking each and every car to make sure it’s of quality standards prior to telling a customer their car is ready. Very poor business etiquette, you will be losing customers of about 9 years.
