Joe was very unacceptable, pushy and unhelpful. He was condescending to me and very snarky when I was trying to find out when I could get my car back. When I asked him to clarify what he meant by “tomorrow afternoon”, his response was “before 5,” when I was only trying to figure out a time I could get it back so I could go into work. Very unacceptable behavior.

Just need to say that Rodney was a very nice person . He explained what he was doing and he did patch up the issue at the time. We sat and waited at least 2 hrs. I did notice our car parked in the lot at least 1 hr after Rodney came to get us. I thought that was strange. I was charged 441 dollars . 3 days later it happened again. I took the car to Chicago Honda where they are coating the engine and power washing it as well ... Now I have to pay a 500.00 deductible. I'm really not happy about any dealings with Honda lately .

Your service ****. I came in for a "B" level maintenence and asked that a tire be checked for leaks cuz I had a tire pressure alarm. Waa told the maintenence check would be about $80.
What I got was an "a" level mantenence according to your service report and a bill of about $180 becuase I approved two air filters to be replaced. Okay fine I approved it without asking so my bad.. However the icing on the cake was that I was told the tire was just low on air and 30 minutwa down the road that tire went flat!
