Rodney took notice of a nagging problem we’ve had for two years with the dash touch screen control/audio short and was able to diagnose and fix while the vehicle was still there for other non-related service. Nothing was done before other than software updates which did no good. We had almost given up on getting it resolved. Courteous and friendly service staff.
