Send me a difficult choice for me not knowing what to do with my broken down Honda far from Kansas City. After talking to me we had AAA tow the tire car in and he called me immediately kept me informed as things were going and gave me various options and gave me a car that ran and it’s now all the way in Ellison Bay Wisconsin safely

I found it extremely strange that I have not even had my car 6 months and I somehow missed 1 of my 2 free oil changes and tire rotations a deal through Honda not the company that finances me. I had my oil changed at other much cheaper places and was saving my last free one while I was on my unpaid maternity leave. I would have brought my baby in there but the last time I was there it took almost 3 hours. They said it expired august 13th which would make no sense as I purchased the car feb 18th and it was 10,000 over the oil change. The last sticker that was put on my window from this dealership says 15%. I have been having my car serviced and have not gone 10,000 without an oil change and no one ever made me aware there were such strict terms of the deal. The total was $81.00 and I am also a student waiting for my grants and only had $60 to my name. I tried working out a deal over the phone but the manager handed the phone back to my disabled boyfriend while I was in the middle of speaking. My boyfriend has a very hard time controlling his anger and I really did not think there was going to be an issue otherwise I never would have sent him to this establishment! He was then rudely told that it was covered and that my car could never be serviced there again. I have warranties through this dealership but I honestly never want to step another foot in there again. Was extremely embarrassing that I had to go through all of that and to be disrespected for an oil change that I was promised when buying this car would be free. 100% a scam and I will be emailing Jeff Conrad as well as filing a formal complaint.
