Sam made sure all issues were resolved before sending me off. He had me ride with the mechanic to point out the noise I was hearing. The mechanic was so polite and thorough. When it was time to check out , I asked if I could purchase a car wash (since I didn't purchase from that specific dealership) and sam said we already washed it for you. I was blown away by not only how thorough sam and my mechanic were, but by both of their kindness and professionalism. I wish tge dealership would have matched the price I got at tge dealer in Illinois when I purchased my pilot, but I understand. I would give 10 out of 10 to all of the people that helped me that day. ! Thank you!

We waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and was told it took long because of a special tool needed to do an oil change on a Toyota. Which I thought was odd because when you schedule the service online, you put in what kind of vehicle you have. The guy also told us to call ahead of time next time we need an oil change because “we aren’t a Toyota dealership.” Why sell used vehicles that aren’t Honda if you can’t service it?
