Rodney was great. My concern is the service manager I originally spoke to when I called. My rear view mirror was loose, again, after I’d already had my vehicle in for the same purpose. After I was asked “When can you bring it in?“ I said. I could bring it in the next day but had to be to work by 7:40. I asked if I could just drop it off at 7:15 so I could be to work on time. (remember this issue was a safety matter as I could NOT use the rearview mirror thus not able to check behind me). I was told no. He couldn’t accommodate my 7:15 but could do 7:30. I cant make it to work on time, so I had to say no. Then was told I’d need to wait 3 days later until Friday. Not very accommodating for an issue I’d ALREADY had my vehicle in for. I don’t feel I was being unreasonable in my request for 7:15. Plus he was cold, rude and dismissive when he should’ve apologized for my inconvenience of having to return (30 min from my home) for a repair that had already “been addressed.“ Rodney was great and always is! I’d rather deal with him at all times!

Kept my car the entire Memorial Day weekend, didn’t fix my issue. My wheel is still making a loud high pitched noise, it’s possibly even worse. Couldn’t even get my name right after being corrected, Left a key for a CRV in my cup holder, kept trying to talk me into every other service in the book even though I brought it in for a specific problem, which again never got fixed.
