The tech; Joel V-was the most extremely knowledgeable and helpful but also professional person that I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life re: dealership techs.
If I didn’t fix this problem with Honda, I really thought that this car was a lost cause. Joel assessed it, tested it, and even took it through the paces to ensure that it would not die on me on the side of the road again.
I am so appreciative to Joel and the other technicans at Honda Kenosha that helped with getting to the bottom of this issue.
Granted, most of the time the dealer work cost more money than other regular mechanic places… This time it was worth it, the car is ready to go everything is on record and I feel great as I made it home tonight.
