The prices were more than double to change the transmission fluid compared to another local Honda dealership. When I shared that the service person almost laughed at us. He was sure they weren’t using the right fluid. I would trust that a certified Homda dealership would use Honda recommended parts and material. I don’t appreciate the attitude and will not use Honda of Kenosha for service again.
