I really appreciated Rodney's attention to detail and mannerisms.
He has also been working with my wife about repairs to her vehicle. He has been giving advice both needed and recommended. I have not been to your service department for over a year due to rude service department personalities. Rodney is a welcoming experience. He would be a reason I would consider coming back.
