I received excellent service from Sam. I spent several days fighting a case with Honda of NA and Sam was very patient and professional at all times. I was infuriated that I had to pay a diagnostic charge for a problem that was Honda’s fault and had already been diagnosed by my own mechanic. That was not a problem with Sam though. That was Todd.

I was told that my AC was recharged while they are waiting for a new compressor to come in. It was not done and I am very dissatisfied. This is a warranty issue. I should have been offered a vehicle to drive until mine can be fixed. I don’t know if I will purchase another vehicle from you. The vehicle was not cleaned up after service (plastic on the seat and paper on the floor) either and I had to search the lot for my car.

I bring my truck in every 6 months for auto butler and required service. Several months ago I called regarding a roof molding that kept loosening up. I was advised there was a TSB concerning that and it would be taken care of at my next appointment. I was under the impression that this was a defective design and the upgrade would be at no cost. Day of service I learned too things. First and worst is it does not appear to be covered (although nobody has answered if this is covered by the extended warranty I purchased). Second (and maybe a good thing) the part was not there and would need to be ordered. I guess even if I wanted it done it would mean a return trip (100 miles and 3 or more hours of my time). Had I known this was so expensive I would have tried securing it myself but that won’t happen any more since it has now come off and is who knows where. Not happy to say the least. Not happy and feel misled on this whole thing.

Car was not washed. Back seat was left down and jammed into the front seat. Steering wheel changed. Rear view mirror covered in greasy finger prints. My sweatshirt and hat were knocked down and left on the floorboard and disheveled. Radio was set to XM and turned up loud.

joe himself was alright, easy to talk to and was very polite. i just wish he would’ve let me know that i’m only allowed one coupon per visit, or i wouldn’t have gotten all the work done on my car that i did. everyone else was pretty bad, i walked in to pick up my car, no one was at the front desk, there was a group of salesman chatting near the front door and no one greeted me and asked what i needed help with, i waited a minute before a shook my head at them and walked to the service center myself, just to have an awkward conversation with some guy there and he acts like he has no idea what i’m trying to do and i’m letting him know i need to pick up my car and he’s just oblivious to what i was asking. and i definitely got scammed $200 and i tried asking the finance lady and she answered in the most vague way possible that i gave up even asking. extremely unsatisfied with honda of kenosha as a whole. besides joe he was alright
