I made an appointment to replace 2 front tires, alignment,oil change and a butler service. After initial check in, I was contacted and asked why I was replacing the 2 front tires when rear set actually had more wear. It was suggested that I replace all tires. I have 25,000 miles on my car. Change of 2 two front tires was necessary for the safety reasons. Driver side tire had a cut running across the tread lines and passenger side had a nail puncture repair done that was to close to the wall. I've explained all of that when I made the appointment. This beggs the question, if I did not notice this on my own, would this be missed on your inspection? I was also told that replacement of the cabin filter needs to be done. This service was provided on 1/2/21 by your company. So, was it not done in January and inspection of it showed dirty filter, or do I need to replace it after driving 3,000 miles? This does not give me confidence in your organization ability to properly maintain my car.
Other than that, everyone was very courtiers and accommodating.

I was a wreck after driving 5 hours only to get hit by litter off of another vehicle that ended up wrapped around my steering column, just 30 from my apartment. It was a true miracle that this all happened on 94 right outside the dealership and they staff took great care of me to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. It wasn’t but thankfully Joe was able to get the parts as fast as he could and had my car back to me in two days. Really pleased with the kindness and friendliness of everyone at the dealership.
