No need to contact me. Appointment was 11:30, car sat until 12:00. Work finally stated and wasn’t ready until 12:45 while skipping car wash. Disappointed that it took 1 hr and 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.

There is a tendency among dealerships to squeeze as much money out of the customer as possible. And then there’s the honest way. Rodney chose the honest way and I am thankful and appreciative that he did. Honda of Kenosha separated itself from dealers to the south by treating me with respect.
