Joe was very concerned that I got all the necessary routine maintenance done on my CRV. He carefully explained how often each service item (eg rear differential) should be done so I could plan my future service routine. He even had an attendant bring my car back indoors when my current visit was done so I wouldn't have to get wet due to the rain-a nice extra touch.
