Came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. After leaving, I used my windshield wipers, which worked once, and then ran out of fluid. Guess this isn’t part of oil changes anymore? Service member at the desk checking me in and everything was great though so there’s that.

Arrived at 9:58 for 10:00 appt. Not checked in (too busy) until 10:20. Was told it would be 1 hour. Was nearly 2 hours.
Unexpected charges after initial quote, including $10 battery that didn't fix the problem and needed to insist it get back off the bill.
I'm not mad. I do think too many appointments scheduled vs. availability of service staff and technicians.

The only thing I did NOT like was the extremely strong fragrance that is still in my car. I am very allergic to so many things that I often will not wear perfume myself, or go places where I can't leave due to strong perfumes. I am having a hard time trying to understand why that was put in my car! Please find better alternatives!!!

Parked out in rain I had to go get my car instead of them bringing into garage and parked it a foot from another car I could hardly get in no sticker in window for milage or next oil change and 5 miles away 2 lights came on that they never un activated from oil change and tire rotation!
