Allen was incredibly helpful the entire time, only things were that I was scheduled for an 8:15 appointment and came in and was informed at that time (time of appointment) that I was required to have less than half a tank of gas. Had to drive around for about 2.5 hours and returned to drop off my car. After that, I received a call saying my parts would not be until noon the next day even though at the first time of scheduling the appointment I was told parts were already available. Allan was amazing the whole time, but just everything else was a hassle.

I had a wheel alignment but when I got car the steering was off center. So need to bring it back again next week. I had mentioned to make sure it was at center since this happened to me the last time back in february. . Also had a oil change and engine light turmed on. Not sure this was related but very coincidental . The d drive was blinling and losing power at acceleration. It was slowing me down amd car was sputtering. I got the car at your dealeship.
