Allan and Martin were great. Appreciated all of their efforts and responsiveness. Unfortunately it took three trips to get the job done - first time the main seal gasket was not installed properly and oil was not topped off. Oil was leaking like a sieve and had to bring it back. Done correctly the second time, but rear license plate was not installed properly And fell off in the car wash. Nobody realized it and I had to call three times and start the process of figuring out how to get replacement parts before someone found it in the car wash. When i stopped to pick it up, they just handed me the plate instead of offering to install it. I asked them to install it and a tech jumped on it. Eventually it worked out, Just a bit frustrating.

Allan was “Fantastic”!! He kept me informed on the progress as the day went on. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by Allan.
