Made appt for recall oil change and tire rotation. when I checked in they said they didn't have the part for the recall. Should have been told prior to appt. Thought that was shifty. Trust was broken.

The only thing that I was disappointed in was to hear that my tires which were on a brand new vehicle and have 38,000 miles will be due for a replacement before or during winter. I know I drive my car a lot, but I’ve generally gotten about 60 to 80,000 miles on car tires.
