I came in for a transmission issue. I accepted the option for the diagnostic and then opted to have the transmission fluid-filled, but all of the confusion surrounding the issue I was having with my car. I. Neglected to ask to have the oil changed. The oil change reminder sticker on the windshield was exactly on the mileage that needed to be changed . And it just seemed like Rodney was interested in getting me out the door. He was very kind and courteous however.

Your shop had my car for 4 days & I spent close to $4000. I was not OFFERED a courtesy car. I asked about receiving one & was told there were none & I would be notified if one became available. I choose to bring my car to your shop, passing other Honda dealers. I live in IL. I choose to do this because I know that my car is well cared for. I just wish that you cared for the customer the same.
