I went to the Honda at 11:15 pm and had a good experience. I went back to work and then called for information about paint. I returned at 5:30 pm to pick up the paint that I ordered. I asked a man about the air pressure in my tires. I also mentioned a slight shaking when I use the brakes. The man at the store typed some notes about the issue possibly being warped brakes, but I'm not sure what to do next. Can you guide how to address the shaking when I brake? He just dropped the ball and I left with no suggestion about shaking or checking on brakes or making an appt. Thank you.

Loved the communication that Mr.Waddell had, he sent and email letting me know what needed to be fixed. I emailed back what I wanted to be done and when the car was ready for pick up the service had been completed.

I had a battery go bad. He made sure I got the appropriate refund. The only thing I ask is if a customer calls and there may potentially be a battery issue even shortly after it was replaced, you should acknowledge and tell the customer if the battery did go bad, you will waive the diagnosis fee. Thank you.
