Please don’t contact me. I spoke with Todd already. The service advisors are always fine, but trying to get ahold of one via the contact number was a disaster. I was treated ooorly by the sales lady, including being hung up on and “tying up the line” for waiting 1 minute in the line for a service advisor. Again, no issues with service or the advisors, but the call in process was pretty horrible.

The 1st and 2nd I went to the dealership for service it was horrible experience I was even thinking about servicing my car at my old dealership service department because their is always great. I’m not coming back in so nothing this time.
Here were my concerns-
- I was asked if I had questions via text. I asked questions but none were acknowledged or responded to. If the texts are just automated for you to provide updates, don’t ask if I have questions.
- I asked verbally in the morning and via text for a written quote for my rim rash. I did not receive a quote.
- I have a trunk all weather mat that wasn’t cleaned with the butler service. This wasn’t on the butler checklist…should it be?
Overall the visit was fine. You were friendly in the AM, the requested work appeared to all be completed, and I liked how clean the inside of the vehicle was.
To be fair, I manage the Uline CS call center. Our CS is unmatched so I often have unrealistic expectations.
Again, the overall experience was fine. A couple easy corrections would have made it excellent. Fine experiences don’t motivate customers to want to come back next time. There are too many other options out there.
