Sam was fantastic. He walked me through what I did and did not need done for my car, and made sure to explain everything I was unclear on. On. I also had some questions for the sales rep. I had purchased my car from a few years ago, Sam looked up who I bought it from and helped me connect to the sales rep, which was also a positive experience.
