I give todays service 20 out of 10 stars. Sam and Oliver are absolutely stellar. I’ve been having an issue for over a year now and took it to Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake IL several times with no avail. Within two hours, Oliver and Sam found my issue, test drove with me, and had me out the door with my car running like new. I cannot say enough good things! Honda of Kenosha has my business for life now!!

We were happy with Rodney's professionalism. We are not happy with the unavailability of the part that is needed to repair our car. Nor are we happy with the fact that we have to pay thousands of dollars to be able to just order the part and we have NO ideas if or when the part will be available. That is not Rodney's fault...that is the Honda process. We are senior citizens and do not have thousands of dollars to order a part that could take a year or more to arrive. Rodney is willing to. Take our call monthly to see if the part has been released yet and we are grateful that he is willing to work with us in that manner.

The service was good. The issue was with the payment. I was in last week and paid what I thought was the whole bill as I asked what I what I would owe the I brought it back and was told shop fees and tax. Then when I dropped off I was told I owed nothing. I got a call at appt time saying I would owe 350.
