I have purchased at least 6 cars through your dealership, some in my name and some in my wife’s name. If we were not TOTALLY satisfied, we would not continue to do so. However, this is the first time I have had to wait about 3 weeks for a service appointment. Something needs to be done to rectify this situation.
I will say however, that everyone is very pleasant to deal with, and even though the dealership is 98 miles from my home, I find the trip to be worthwhile. I fully intend to continue my relationship with this company.

I came from Corning..had 3 issues along with regular service...only 1 was taken care of.
Shocked that the other 2 could not be taken care if. Not a good experience. I came to you from a distance, bought 2 cars and service follow up. Very disappointing.the responses to my issues were a bit unusual.

After receiving the vehicle back and looking over the paperwork and seeing the before and current settings of the alignment that was preformed it appears as if nothing was corrected. Not sure if we made a mistake in relaying the issue or what but the steering wheel is still off and in order to drive straight the wheel has to be canted to the left. I checked this on a straight road while on the gas and coating in natural on both sides of the two land road to make sure the crown in the road wasn’t affecting the vehicle. Once again the sheet shows nothing was change from before to current. The service rep. Said to the wife, all looks good all green down the one side but didn’t advise why the other side had red and outside of the factory spec limits. I called about an hr before closing yesterday and it’s 12 today and still no call back.
