Grant is goes above and beyond in being helpful. For example, in the past I was told by service dept that to fix my trunk opener inside my car would require taking apart electrical system. Grant checked and simply attached a wire that had come loose inside my trunk!! Another time, my glove compartment handle broke off. Grant showed me how to use a screwdriver to open it so I could get at my paperwork. He’s also always pleasant about checking my tires when the tire light comes on.

Nick and his team have been trying everything they can think of to solve the issue my car is having. I totally appreciate that and them still trying.
Once it's fixed everyone will get my highest praise and online reviews for this.
I am disappointed that the issue turned out to still be there when I picked it up yesterday and that I need to arrange for it to go back.
