I was having a tough time with a body shop repair at the collision center going over the time quoted and desperately needed new tires. I called your friendly staff and they told me they could find a way to fit in a tire mounting and balance. Worth the longer drive. Will continue to go through you guys for my automotive needs!

Please do not contact me to discuss further. I had done a drop-off. No one had contacted me by 2:00 pm so I tried to call. Everyone asked me who my service manager was, and I didn't know. I got put on hold 2 or 3 times for 5 minutes or more and never got in touch with Darlings. Eventually Aaron called me, told me he was my service advisor, and gave me an update. Incoming phone contact should not be that difficult. (Aaron did give me his direct number when I checked out, so IF he's my advisor the next time, that's a great solution). PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS FURTHER. I DON'T WANT TO PLAY MORE TELEPHONE TAG.
