The gal that met us was the best part of the experience. We arrived a half hour before our appointment but was there nearly three hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Unacceptable by any stretch. Last two oil changes we have been charged for tire rotation and had to have them remove it from our bill because we purchased the tires from your dealership. Also each of our invoices include miscellaneous fees. I want to know what the miscellaneous is? We have owned many new vehicles from different dealerships. Love the car

I appreciate everything the Darlings service department has done to help me get the issues fixed with my vehicle.
