Brandy was extremely helpful in the process of trying to get my car fixed. Unfortunately the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Brandy was always available to answer my questions and help me with whatever she could. I am very thankful she was there to help me through this process.

Apparently they shouldn’t have charged me because I had enough punches on my oil change punch card - she should have seen that when I handed her my keys or at least before I paid - John saw it when he went to get my car for me and said he’d make a note so next time I won’t pay. I also understand you stopped washing cars however the lady 4-5 times. Devon made sure my car was washed. Very sad that he is gone. It’s very disconcerting when techs leave, customers get used to dealing with a tech and they move to another department or leave - I understand you can’t stop people from leaving but it’s very sad. I don’t really have a choice because My car is still under warranty so I will continue to come there.
