I’m not at all satisfied. I paid 1250 because the emergency break got stuck on and there was no warning light or anything after I paid $4000+ for a warrantee that didn’t cover an actual mechanical breakdown. If there was no “emergency break on” light on my dashboard didn’t that mean that there was a defective sensor? I do not feel as though that darlings put in a respectable effort in applying my warrantee that you guys pitched to me as being “completely coverage!” I would very much appreciate if you would look into the defective sensor in regards to my warrantee and having mopar refund me $1250. I scheduled my normal oil change/tire rotation and also requested that situation with my cruise control kicking off be checked out. I was told I would have to pay $130 upfront for that diagnostic (even though I have an extended warranty). My current mileage just turned 65,000 mi. When told that my car was ready, I was informed that it had been taken for a road test and no problem was found. This surprised me since I frequently have been experiencing the issue and I informed the service manager that a warning message frequently pops up as well as the “collision light” indicator. I was told there was nothing to do and asked to take a picture if/when it happened again. I live over an hour away from the dealership AND I was not able to drive more than 5 minutes when the message, “Auto Emergency Braking Disabled Temporally “ popped up along with the “collision light” indicator. I immediately returned to the dealership and showed the service manager the pictures that I took of the message. I was informed that the car could not be taken back in now, and I would have to reschedule another time. I am leaving for a 10 day trip to California tomorrow (flying, not driving fortunately) so I will not be able to reschedule until I get back. I attempted to include photo of the dashboard message, but was unable to paste it into this message. I am sending it as a response to your original message.

I found a scuff mark on left front fender and a chip in left front wheel. Also a blemish on the light lens on the left front bumper cover. Looks like when the tires were changed a tire may have rolled into it. Not real happy.

I brought my 14 year old Hyundai Elantra in for: multipoint inspection; seasonal swap and balance tires, ME State Inspection; oil, lube, and filter, headlight restoration, alignment. I want to thank and compliment Grayson and Meghan, (drivers), mechanic, Richard Shea; Service department - Samantha and Devin Grenier. I was per usual, pleased with the work, the patience w/ my questions, the paperwork, and the feeling that I'm part of the Darling Hyundai family! My car looks terrific, drives beautifully! I'll start looking at other cars this next year. I've had such luck with my Hyundai Elantra! I like that 10 year warranty. I like working with Devin and the Augusta Darling Hyundai team! If I could have another ten years of the same? I wouldn't switch. Hoping the dealership will help me get the best price for a new Hyundai.
