We keep coming to Darling's Hyundai as we want to fulfill all the terms of the warranty. However, I am getting increasingly fed up with the fact that you don't seem to know anything about the products you sell. Every time we bring the Hyundai Ioniq ELECTRIC VEHICLE in, there is an attempt to bill us for an oil change and filter. You don't seem to have any concept of the maintenance schedule for this model...that you sold us. We were also been charged for a tire rotation....when having new tires installed (this was rectified on a recent visit). On this particular occasion, the tire rotation was done, and the tire pressure was not adjusted to manufacturer specifications on the front and rear wheels (36 on the front, 34 on the rear). It's details like this that make people loath servicing a vehicle at a dealership.

Evan was polite and nice but an odd thing happened. He told me that I had been there the week before and that my car had failed because of the brakes. This was not true, I had not been there with my 2012 since last year. He said the vin number checked and Ivtold him to check again because I had not been there for a while. How is this possible? How could a mistake like this happen? My trust in the service department has gone down because of this and I will get my car fixed elsewhere. I had a similar problem last year when I was told that I had a problem. I made an appointment to fix the problem and then I was told that the problem wasn’t a problem after all, a mechanic had made a mistake in diagnosing the issue.

John Deserves credit as he’s the messanger and took a lot of grief from me after my truck was there for 9.5 weeks. Then once I got it back I had to bring it back two more times within 3 days. Very frustrating. In the end, everyone was as professional as they could be considering the situation

They did not wash the car this time. Every other visit they have washed it. Also we asked to have a sticker put on the windshield to tell us when the next oil change was due. This was not done. This is the first time we have not been totally happy.
