Your people in service are very friendly. They took me right in at 1:45 as I was requested to be 15 minutes early. I told them I was waiting in my request for an appointment when I did by email. I had two coupons I printed out and gave to the service writer. The sales people were very friendly as I waited. The coupon was for mounting and balance summer tires. I the second was for and oil change. I was checked out at 4:00. The time seemed excessive. I got home tonight and reviewed billing and didn’t receive my five dollar credit for the oil coupon I brought in. The service department seemed busy and they had many calls in regards to parts not coming in and a few customers in person. I don’t want to sound like a grumpy old man but could have been better. My car was well serviced and tires were Mark for the location they came from. The service writer walked me out to my car
