Devon was not working today so this is not his issue. My complaint is only that I spent over two hours waiting for an oil change/tire rotation. My appt was at 8:30 and my car was not even taken in until 8:50am. It was 9:30 before I heard anything about the car and was told they needed to replace a couple filters which was absolutely fine and I was told 20 more min. Nearly 40min later it was finally done. I just do not feel that a routine oil check and tire rotation should consume 2 hours of my day. Not to mention during this time of the pandemic no one wants to sit and wait that long around a bunch of strangers. Thanks.

My car had a light on & without looking in the manual, guessing it's tire related. Low pressure do to colder air. It was never looked at to fix it. I shouldn't have to have said anything. Tire rotation happened at this service too!
