Service manager acknowledged three open recalls during an appointment on 09/02. After close to four hours, only one was done (fuel pump). Further, I was charged for this recall service.
Secondly, after having a tire rotation, my vehicle shakes at around 70 mph. An alignment was recommended at this 09/02 appointment, but the vehicle did not do this before the appointment.
Finally, the lack of response and superficial, disparate acknowledgment of getting a refund for charging a customer for a recall has led me to decide not to return to this establishment.
Having grown up in a family of vehicle sales and servicing professionals, I know that quality customer service is as important as quality craftsmanship. This establishment has not met my expectations.

I feel that the service department went above and beyond. I received several telephone calls about the progress of the work being done and also identifying serious drive train issues that needed to be corrected. The biggest thing was identifying the front wheel bearing issues that required replacement. I have taken three vehicles there for service in the last 10 days. The waitingroom, showroom and bathroom is always clean and inviting I always feel welcomed by the staff. Always a nice experience !
