I made an appointment because I received a call that my key fob was in. I was told it needed to be a weekday before 3:00. I was told the fob was not in and no shipments had come in for several days even though my appointment was made a week prior. I would have preferred a courtesy call as I would have waited for the oil change and gone back when the part was in.

It was only an inspection! If anyone’s truly interested in a customer thoughts (mine) on Hyundai and my car, then I would love to hear from someone at your dealership or Hyundai USA. I’ve already tried calling them and reporting my dissatisfaction with a few things. No response! It was certainly not the work on my car that has been done in the past but the Hyundai corporation itself. Satisfied with service dept.

We dropped off our car for our 9:30 oil change and tire rotation appointment and ran errands for 2.5 hours. It still hadn't even gone in when we got back, so we killed time for another hour, and they still took another half hour to give us back the car. The only updates we were given were that the car hadn't even been taken at 2.5 hours and that they were getting ready to pull the car around when we still had half an hour left to wait.

I appreciated that we were promptly able to get a loaner vehicle and continue on our way home (which was a few hours away.) I was disappointed by how long it took for my vehicle to be ready for pickup but I don’t feel that was through anyone’s fault, rather just unavoidable bad timing.

Why doesn’t a Hyundai dealer have a Hyundai mechanic on duty at all times? We had an antifreeze problem and there was no one there that could check the problem. Now I have to drive another 60 miles round-trip for another appointment. That is why I bought a new Hyundai as I thought it would have great service! But now I am wondering..,,,
