I stopped in and paid for my car, but wasn’t able to pick it up until later. When I picked it up, the low washer fluid light was still on (tech noted that it was checked and/or filled) and a low tire light was on. When I got home I found a different tire than had been repaired, was at 29 pounds. It makes me question if anything else on the inspection report was even inspected. How can the tech that drive it out of the shop, not notice TWO lights on the dash. I filled the tire, and will check it in the morning. This tire was noted at 35 pounds on the inspection report. Hard to believe it was checked at all. Not a very happy customer.

I chose this dealership to have them find out if my service contract covered servicing my fuel pump and fuel level sensor. I feel that my discussion with a rep from the service department made it clear that it has a fuel sensor malfunction by my explanation of the problem and the failure code I got from o’reillys auto parts. And to top that off, when I got home, I see that the dealership didn’t even give me a cost of repair estimate. Yes. I’m totally disappointed.
