Very good service. Only problem I have is after i bought the truck, I was told there was only 1 key. I asked about it and the salesman told me there was only 1 when they got it. Please give me the other key. Thanks for the good service.

I took my 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 in on around April 6, 2020 to repair an exhaust issue and an oil leak. I was informed the oil leak was a front crank seal leak. I received my truck on April 15, 2020 and was informed that everything was repaired 100%. As I went to leave, I observed oil leaking from my truck from the very same spot it was leaking from prior to having it serviced. Upon seeing this, I did not start my truck, and went back inside to inquire about the oil leak spots under the front of my truck that were consistent with the same pattern and location of the leak from before it was serviced. Todd replied that "there was a vehicle parked there that was leaking oil pretty bad" prior to my truck being parked there. Additionally, the mechanic who worked on my truck came out and stated that he sprayed a lot of cleaning fluid in the engine bay area to clean off the oil from the previous leak. I inspected it and observed fluids to be leaking that were consistent with the mechanic's statement. The next day April 16, 2020, I noticed that my truck had left more oil spots on the ground that were consistent with the spots from the previous oil leak. At this time I gave the benefit of the doubt that there still may have been some additional run off from the fluid that the mechanic used (per his statement on April 15, 2020). I made a note of it, and decided to monitor the “suspect leak” from then on. Since then I have been checking the ground under my truck at every location I park for an hour or longer, and have observed that I am still leaking oil from the same location from before the “repairs”. I will be returning my truck to the shop with a request that my truck be repaired 100% as it was told to me. Additionally I am going to require that the repairs be expedited due to the fact that I am leaving the area to relocate my family on April 24, 2020. I made Todd aware of this when I brought my truck in and I stated that is why I was taking it in for the repairs at a Dodge dealership because I wanted the sound comfort of knowing it would be repaired correctly, and the work be warrantied by other Dodge/Mopar dealerships if need be. I spent a total of $2,239 for repairs and do not believe that my truck was repaired correctly and 100% as I was told.
