I know we have to play the Ford game but my transmission has been like this for like 6 months. It is still doing the same thing so I don't know how much longer I have to keep it here with this problem and I'm hoping that it gets fixed soon. As far as Darlings customer service you guys were great I appreciate it I know you just doing your job and following by the book.

Please don't contact me, I don't want you to try to sell me on anything else. If I just said yes to everything you suggested, I'd be $1350 in the red but instead I just had to pay $258 for you guys to try to get me to get an adjustment, replace the wheel bearing, replace the starter, replace the battery, and get two diagnostics but end up getting nothing. You need to review basic terminology and basic electrical issues of a vw. I can't believe how many different possible answers I was given without any actual answers, just pricetag after pricetag and pushing parts. Not to mention the talking down to me saying and I quote "time is money" and "well I don't use that terminology" (terminology in question: the phrase 'the engine didn't turn over')...I was able to find another option and get a second opinion. I waited a month for my car to be returned worse from your care from them messing with the battery before taking it out for a test drive. I'm so disappointed.

I felt that the service I received was very overly priced. To just get it checked on and figure the issue out it was $175. All to get told it needs spark plugs. Also for them to figure out it needed spark plugs they had to consult the expert which cost me 25 dollars. All in all I liked cooper he’s great but darling in general is just overly priced for service. In the future we will go elsewhere unless it is something that’s covered by the warranty.

I stopped in and asked if the parts were in? I was told yes. I said I need to make an appointment, Jon told me I already have an appointment on the 12th of August, first thing. I was in the shop before 7:30 am. Imagine my surprise when Jon told me I didn’t have an appointment. He told me they would try to work it in and they did. I was out of there before 10:00. This repair start to finish took 2 months. I was told the parts they installed on the 5th of July was defective. Every delay was a different excuse. Parts delay, shortage of techs, no appointments, etc. From now on Darlings will be a last resort.
