When I scheduled my appointment i was told it would take about 1.5 hours to complete. After 3 hours i had to go ask what was going on with my truck. Poor communication and poor scheduling for a routine job. The job took 3.5 hours in total. I would have been fine if they had been upfront with how long the appointment actually takes. And better communication with updates when the job runs longer than expected

When I picked up my vehicle there was trash strewn over my back seat. Someone ate in the truck and left crumbs throughout it. I paid $150/hr for terrible service.
