I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 am this morning to have 4 winter tires mounted and balanced. Two solid hours to mount and balance 4 tires. I scheduled the appointment that early so I’d still be to work on time. Needless to say I was late for my 9:30 start due to the long appointment. Excuses after excuses as to why it took that long. 2 solid hours to mount and balance 4 wheels. Unbelievable!

Cooper went above and beyond for us today. He made sure the issues with our vehicle were taken care of promptly and went out of his way to communicate what was going on and what Darling’s was going to do to fix the problem. Would highly recommend anyone going to Darlings Ford for service to request Cooper by name, I know my wife and I will be doing just that from here on out.
