Not just well done OUTSTANDING JOB. Joe kept me briefed of the problem projected time to fix. Then he kept me apprised of the actual progress to return to service. I consider this a significant service differentiator for Darlings. Just another element of the reason I have and continue to buy from Darlings. Took two appts. to get service completed. Was told 25 minute for recall and then oil change for approx. 1 he. Got there to be told it would be 2 1/2 hours???? Had to make another appt to have recall completed and that took 2x as long as told! Really beyond inconvenient when you live 2 1/2 hours from garage! Just felt like ????!
