I'm not sure who mr Dow is. I've delt with several people in the service department. My 2020 F-150 issue (charging system fault & resulting deep sleep mode) that started 8/3/2011 has nor been resolved. To date my truck has been at your shop 41 days so far. Everyone i have delt with has been great but the problem has yet been resolved.

He understood our circumstances and worked to get our vehicle’s unexpected engine issues addressed in a timely way, including inserting our unplanned service work into your full schedule. That enabled us to keep our urgent, complicated travel plans. An unexpected bonus was that a long-standing ACC issue that had not been resolved on several previous appointments at Darlings and elsewhere got solved. He made sure all work was covered by our Touareg TDI warranty. Well done and greatly appreciated.
