We had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation.
Service manager stated that they couldn’t locate the wheel lock in our glove box, so they couldn’t do the tire rotation at this time. Once the oil change was complete and I got back into our vehicle, I opened the glove box to look for the wheel lock and immediately located it visually, as there was very little in the glove box other than a couple straws and napkins. Seeing as they were quite busy, it felt as though they were just trying to come up with an excuse to save time by not performing all of our scheduled service.

Ryan was not very communicable. He never relayed the message to me unless I called him first to ask what was going on. I constantly got answers of oh some people were out on funeral leave. Some people were out sick. I kept getting different answers every time I called. I contacted the service manager and relayed my unsatisfactory communication with Ryan. Ryan finally called me back the next day after me talking with the service manager. He said my car would be going in next to be fixed. The next day Ryan contacted me and told me that they cracked the timing cover when taking things off to get to the water pump he said oh it’s only $149 more like I’m made of money. I asked Ryan how much it would cost to have an oil change done he reiterated $119.00. I then told him I would not do that now! I did not want to spend that much on an oil change. Then to my dissatisfaction when I picked up my car and got home, I noticed I was charged for an oil change. When I go back to Bangor, I will contact him regarding this issue so I considered very unsatisfactory service with Ryan and do not choose to use him again at this point.
