Honestly i cant even say that i had an actual “ service”.
I had my car towed there, they after weeks they said they fixed it only to have my daughter pick it up and drive it back home 70 miles away for it to do the same thing as soon as the next morning. I had it towed back to darlings where they told me for another 7 weeks that they were gonna get to it but were too overwhelmed in the “transmission” department, and couldnt get to it. So i traded it in, elsewhere.
I had multiple phone conversations with dustin, and he seemed nice enough, but literally felt like he was just telling me what i wanted to hear on the phone to buy more time to not get to my car.
So yea, i dont really have any good things to say about my experience at all with darlings service department.
I also purchased a 2021 bronco from there only to be handed 3 back to back recalls and some air conditioning leak happening inside of the car where the water leaks and pools in ur floormats.
The windshield wipers are also a little too long and go past the entire windshield when it does rain. Just overall unhappiness with my darlings experience.

Dealership could not replicate an issue found by another Audi dealership, which was unfortunate but perhaps understandable. However, after being charged for an hour of labor, indicator lights in my car (low tire pressure warning) had not been corrected, and despite multiple attempts, I could not reach my advisor to discuss the service while you all still had my car. At one point, at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, I was told my advisor was “out to lunch” and could not assist. Previous audi dealerships have been responsive and even cleaned cars following service. This just didn’t feel up to par.
