Joseph Turner provided professional service. He was pleasant to work with.
He explained why we had to do the job the way we did it so it was so that it would be covered by the warranty and save me money. He kept me informed along the way and was quick to apologize when the job took longer than expected. I would work with Joe again if my car needs service.
