Friendly staff as usual but disappointed with several things for this service. I had booked it far enough in advance to coordinate a wheel service with the oil change and found out upon picking up the car that the wheel service would not be done. Now this requires a second appointment which is inconvenient. Also, for the basic oil change (dropped off the night before) requested complete by 3pm and wasn’t done until after 5 pm and the usual cleaning (car washed post service) was also not done. Overall disappointing and has been happening more frequently here.

The Gault BMW service team are top notch every day. Bob Shea runs an excellent department. Alicia is very knowledgeable and courteous, as well as Hailey in coordinating service and loaners. Having purchased multiple BMW's through Mike Tulsey, this dealership is definitely my go to for my cars. I have also done fleet business with Gault as well.

Was very concerned with range on a pre-owned BMW i3. I asked for and paid for the capacity check on battery. In the performance of the test, the supporting systems were also checked. The outcome for my car was good but pointed out the need for proper battery charging. Home charging using my 120v is in adequate at this time resulting in only partial charging. Robert Shea provided the results of the battery testing with good detail and appropriate suggestions for future charging. Great explanation and my confidence has increased in this great little car. Thank you
