John Yarber is AMAZING! He always does a great job making sure my car is well taken care of. It is because of John Yarber I continue to make the drive to Cerritos. There are two dealerships closer to me. However, I will never trust my car to anyone but John Yarber. My husband passed away last year. It’s so nice to know I have someone I can trust. Someone who will never take advantage of me & tell me something is wrong with my car when in fact there isn’t anything wrong with my car. Jason Bueno was very good, but the reason I had to go back after 3 weeks to service my Q50 is because after me INSISTING to make sure that the tires were in good conditions I NOTICED few days later that the right from tire had wires exposed already, I could have had a huge accident, so I am very disappointed also the car required Alignment and it was never brought up to my attention.
Any way I purchased 2 tires and it was aligned today. I hope the put the correct tires, now I don’t trust them.
