I always get fantastic service from Infiniti personnel. When I drive up, they greet me by name -even with my mask on... WOW. I really like that! Good service...then the next day I had a light on my dash that I didn’t know what it meant. Your people reset it and explained what the light meant...and even how it worked. Again - WOW. I am proud to be one of your customers!

Edwin was great!!! He greeted me with a smile and attended to my vehicle promptly. He also arranged for a Lyft ride from the dealership and and back for me to pick up a few gifts from the mall while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Upon my return, my vehicle was washed and ready to go and Edwin had my paperwork ready and pointed out a few recommendations then I was out the door!
